Globe Civil Projects Limited was originally incorporated as Globe Civil Projects Private Limited on May 22, 2002, in New Delhi. The Company was subsequently converted into a public limited company, following which it received a fresh certificate of incorporation under the name Globe Civil Projects Limited from the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre, on June 4, 2024.

Headquartered in New Delhi, Globe Civil Projects is an integrated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company specializing in the execution of diverse infrastructure developments. Its business operations span Transport & Logistics projects—including construction and modernization of roads, bridges, airport terminals, and railway terminals—Social and Commercial projects such as educational institutions, sports complexes, and hospitals, along with non-infrastructure projects comprising commercial offices and residential housing.

The Company primarily undertakes civil construction projects for government departments, local authorities, and various institutional clients. While Globe Civil Projects initially built its expertise in constructing educational buildings, it has since diversified into complex and specialized infrastructure projects such as elevated railway terminals, railway bridges, airport terminals, and healthcare infrastructure. In addition to construction, the Company is involved in trading of TMT steel, and also provides comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), architectural, structural, HVAC, firefighting, and fire-alarm system services. Over the years, it has collaborated with reputed clients and contributed to several marquee construction projects across India.

In the past two decades, the Company has successfully completed around 37 major projects. Key achievements include:

Construction of three railway bridges on stilts within the Coastal Regulation Zone valued at ₹183 crore
Development of the Academic and Administrative Block at AIIMS Raipur, including civil, plumbing, and complete MEP services, valued at ₹181 crore
Construction of the Academic Block at IIT Gandhinagar, Gujarat, worth ₹121 crore
Development of Faculty Housing at IIT Roorkee, consisting of three stilt + 10-storey towers with 180 apartments, valued at ₹119 crore — all completed in FY 2024–25

In June 2025, the Company launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) comprising a fresh issue of 1,67,60,560 equity shares of face value ₹10 each, raising ₹119 crore to support its future growth and expansion.
